Information We Collect

Cadans Health collects information you provide through beta registration, account setup, profile setup, workout planning, and workout tracking. Based on the current app data model, this may include:

• Account information, including email address, first name, last name, password, role, account status, verification status, and account timestamps.
• Password reset information, including email address and reset expiration data.
• Profile information, including profile name, date of birth, sex, height, weight, fitness level, primary goal, secondary goals, injuries, medical notes, training preferences, archived status, and timestamps.
• Training location information, including location name, description, address fields, city, state, postal code, country, latitude, longitude, community sharing status, archived status, and timestamps.
• Equipment information, including equipment name, type, brand, quantity, availability, notes, metadata, and timestamps.
• Workout program information, including program name, description, duration, difficulty, linked profile, linked location, archived status, and timestamps.
• Program activity information, including activity name, description, video URL, cycles, count per cycle, sort order, linked equipment, metadata, and timestamps.
• Routine information, including routine name, description, cadence, scheduled routine items, day or week scheduling data, notes, archived status, and timestamps.
• Workout session information, including linked profile, program, location, start time, end time, notes, and timestamps.
• Workout generator information, including linked profile and location, model name, notes, request data, response data, and timestamps.

We do not intend to collect payment card information through the beta registration page or the current app data model.

Google Form Registration

Beta registration may be collected through an embedded Google Form. The form may ask for information that fits the categories above, such as contact details, training goals, fitness context, and beta access preferences. Google may process form submissions and related technical information under its own terms and privacy practices.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Cadans Health.
• Create and manage accounts, profiles, locations, equipment, programs, routines, and sessions.
• Generate workout programs and routines based on your goals, notes, locations, equipment, preferences, and workout context.
• Manage beta registration, invitations, support, verification, and account communications.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and understand how the product is used.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Health and Fitness Information

Some profile, goal, injury, medical note, preference, generated workout, and session information may be health or fitness related. Cadans Health is a workout planning tool and is not a health care provider. Do not enter emergency medical information or information you do not want stored in the app.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, database, email, analytics, form, and AI model providers. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

If you mark a location as community shared, information about that location may be visible to other users according to the app's sharing features.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, manage beta participation, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, backup, or operational reasons.

Your Choices

You can choose not to provide optional profile, location, equipment, goal, injury, medical note, preference, or session note information. Some features may not work as intended without that information. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.

Children

Cadans Health is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the service or submit beta registration if you are under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when this version was last updated.
