Create your member context
Set up a profile with goals, fitness level, injuries, medical notes, training preferences, and preferred days.
How it works
Cadans Health connects member profiles, locations, equipment, generated programs, scheduled routines, active sessions, and dashboard history into one workout planning loop.
The process
The product is designed around the actual app flow: set up the member profile, define training locations, generate or edit plans, schedule routines, run sessions, and review progress.
Set up a profile with goals, fitness level, injuries, medical notes, training preferences, and preferred days.
Create private locations, use community-shared locations, and manage equipment manually or with image-assisted equipment suggestions.
Choose one workout or a routine, then set goals, workout type, intensity, duration, notes, and the location context.
Assign programs to weekly, biweekly, or monthly routines, choose training days, and pause routines when the plan changes.
Start the planned program, follow the active timer, open activity video links, mark activities complete or skipped, and add activity notes.
See today's plan, active session, upcoming routine, recent sessions, weekly minutes, total minutes, and completed session counts.
Cadans Health treats location equipment as part of the plan. Program activities can be tied to equipment that belongs to the selected workout location.
Programs and routines carry duration, difficulty, cadence, activity order, volume fields, notes, and location context so they can be reused and edited.
The session view keeps the active workout, elapsed timer, activity list, video links, completion status, skip status, and notes close together.
Example workflow
A generic prompt can produce a workout. Cadans Health is designed to turn the constraints you already know into something easier to repeat, run, and adjust.
Product focus
Current product work is focused on making the planning loop reliable: setup, generation, scheduling, session execution, notes, and the next adjustment.
Users help validate profile setup, preferences, location creation, community location use, and equipment management.
Feedback helps improve equipment scanning, equipment notes, generated activity choices, and program editing.
Session completion, activity notes, skipped activities, routine changes, and dashboard history help shape follow-through.
Register
Registration is focused on people with real training setups, changing schedules, and a need for workout plans that stay grounded.
